Sybil Seoka, chairperson of the Advance Call Board, holds a PhD from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She serves other organisations in various capacities, including the Southern Gauteng Branch of the Pharmaceutical Society of South Africa (PSSA). In addition, she serves on the Board of Trustees of the Professional Provident Society (PPS) Holdings Trust, the PPS Foundation, the Anglican Church of Southern Africa (ACSA) Pension Fund, and the PPS Retirement Annuity.

Sybil is chairperson of PPS Insurance Company, non-executive director of Maitland Fund Services Group and Ovations Technologies Group, and is Chief Executive Officer of a medical products distribution company. She has served as the Deputy Registrar of Medicines of the National Department of Health and as President of the Pharmaceutical Society of South Africa. She is a member of the Rho Chi Pharmacy Honor Society in the USA, and a Fellow of the PSSA, as well as of the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa (IoDSA).


Philippus Fouché was the founder of Advance Call and has been instrumental in establishing the company over the past almost 20 years. He is a registered professional engineer and project management professional.

Philippus has been responsible for the development, implementation and operation of five nationwide contact centres, ranging from whistleblowing hotlines to solutions for service delivery such as telephonic counseling hotlines and asset care communication hubs.

As engineer, Philippus spearheaded numerous multidisciplinary projects, ranging from the construction project management of the National Archives and Records Service of South Africa, to infrastructure maintenance programmes for harbours, airports, prison facilities and border control ports of entry.


Kagiso Rapetswa holds a Masters degree in Electrical and Information Engineering, a BSc Honours degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics and a BSc degree in Mathematical Science from the University of the Witwatersrand. Kagiso is currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical and Information Engineering.

Kagiso is an experienced business technology advisor, consultant and solutions architect. She has designed and implemented IT modernisation solutions, Business Continuity strategies, and various other IT enablement solutions in both the public and private sectors across the globe. Kagiso has held a number of positions at Vodacom South Africa and at McKinsey & Company.
